By accessing or using Pallet Vision services, you agree to these Terms and all incorporated policies.
If you use Pallet Vision as part of a reseller or partner agreement, additional partner terms may apply.
2. Permitted Use
Website and product content is provided for lawful business use related to pallet operations.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access to platform infrastructure.
- Do not interfere with service availability for other users.
- Do not reverse engineer proprietary models or platform logic except where legally required.
3. Intellectual Property
All software, models, branding, and documentation remain the property of Pallet Vision or its licensors.
No ownership rights transfer except limited usage rights explicitly granted in your commercial agreement.
4. Disclaimers and Liability
Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis unless otherwise stated in writing.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Pallet Vision is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Colorado, USA, unless superseded by signed enterprise terms.
Disputes should be brought in the appropriate courts located in Colorado unless contractually modified.
