Customer License Agreement

Customers receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use contracted software and services during the active subscription term.

Customer may not resell, sublicense, or reverse engineer Pallet Vision software except as explicitly allowed by law or contract.

Customer owns customer content and operational data provided to the service.

Pallet Vision owns software, models, documentation, and platform intellectual property.

Commercial terms, billing, renewal, and termination rights are governed by the signed order form and related agreements.
